The 71,376 SF expansion and renovation of the existing clubhouse at TwinEagles Club included an indoor/outdoor bar and large covered casual dining terrace, an expanded dining/event room and balcony overlooking the two championship golf courses, administrative offices, a kitchen remodel including a bakery, and renovated men’s and women’s card/activity and locker rooms. A new social patio was built adjacent to the clubhouse featuring four new bocce courts, seating areas and fire pits. Other exterior improvements included a new golf course halfway house and restrooms, a cart and bag storage addition and expanded parking for increased capacity.
