This multiple award winning 3-story, 80,000 SF wellness facility houses four clinical departments: Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehab, Outpatient Physical Therapy, the Von Arx Diabetes Center of Excellence, and the Dr. John N. Briggs Wellness Center. The first floor features a child care center, locker rooms, whirlpools, saunas, massage rooms and a special needs aerobic room, while the second floor features cardio and strength-building equipment and two aerobic rooms. The third floor was unfinished, for use as future tenant space . Exterior features include a skywalk bridge to the existing Medical Plaza building, heated lap pool and an elaborate curtain wall window system.
