The project included the demolition of an existing tennis building and subsequent construction of a new two-story lifestyle center. This new facility features weight and cardio areas, multiple massage treatment rooms, outdoor balcony fitness area, and men’s and ladies’ locker rooms. On the lower level, a new bar with casual indoor and outdoor seating is within viewing distance of the fire pits and open display kitchen. The architectural and interior design services were provided by Peacock + Lewis.
