This clubhouse project included a 2,590 SF addition and a 5,472 SF renovation. The clubhouse bar and informal dining areas were expanded to provide better connection between those areas, and a new private dining room was added. The newly expanded outdoor seating areas provide open-air waterside dining for patrons to enjoy the gorgeous views. The project also consisted of kitchen updates and the addition of new meeting rooms.
